In 1997, I was in the biggest transition of my life. In hindsight, it was the best and worst of times. A year I will cherish forever, and I look forward to the time when I can share the story in full.

2011 is a new day. It’s harvest time. So much has unfolded, and we are ready.

I love that in the midst of my despair and grief, I found this old highlighted page in a book I read years ago.

“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in a square hole, the ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify them or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them, because they change things. They push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who’ll do it”.    Apple Computer advertising, 9/27/97
